{ME & MINE}

Events in my life that stick out to me right this second...
  • I went to work one day with my dad when I was eight and met my husband, he was eighteen.
  • I LOVED High School! It couldn't have been better.
  • I High School Rodeo'd for the Lehi Longhorn Rodeo Team... I was NO GOOD but had a great time doin it!
  • I broke my ankle Goat Tying (girl's rodeo event).  So far, I've had three operations on this ankle and it is now fused.  My parents say it is their million dollar + ankle.
  • I started "dating" my husband. (If you talk to his family about this subject don't believe a word they say, we did not start dating when I was eight!)   He had the cutest "baggage" with quite the personality named Kylie.  I LOVE HER!!!
  • I was scared to death of his red headed sister.
  • I graduated High School and was sad.
  • As I fell in love with my husband I fell in love with Kylie and the rest of his large and very crazy family... even the red headed sister.
  • I worked for my dad's excavation company as a laborer.  That's right ladies & gents, wearing work boots, jeans, and a t-shirt in the dirt.  It was fun.
  •  We bought a house together.
  • He proposed on my 19th birthday... that's right 19th.
  • Two months later Great Grams (Jed's grandma) passed away.
  • Two weeks after that we were married.  It was the greatest party know to man.  Really!  And I pretty much won the in-law lottery!  Every single one of my five brother in laws and my four sister in laws are AWESOME and my Mother and Father in law are the coolest people ever... and I really mean it, I'm not just saying this because one day they will read this.
  • Two years later Kylie's little brother was born, his name is Steele.  Amazing Day!!!
  • My red headed sister in law, her husband, and my adorable nieces got in an accident.  Adorable nieces had a few scrapes, brother in law had a great big gash on his head and messed up his back BAD but was released.  Red headed sister in law spent weeks in hospital... One of the scariest times of my life!
  • Thanksgiving morning 2009 we found out we were expecting again.  Exciting!
  •  We lost very special person.
  • Steele finally decided he wanted to be a big boy and use the Big Boy Potty. Hallelujah
  • I became VERY itchy.  Okay not just VERY itchy, but I should have been institutionalized itchy.  You really cannot understand how itchy I was.
  • OB doc says it's dangerous for the babe and obviously not good for my skin.  My Gallbladder was the culprit.
  • June 2010 our son DaxTirell was born.  He is named after that very special person, Tyrel.
